Navigating MMTA Level 2 and 3 Exams and Method Book Work

Continuing on December 1, the MMTA Piano Exam Development Committee will host a Wednesday Zoom session to introduce and review our amazing Piano Exam series. (These sessions will be recorded and available to members through the MMTA website.)
Dr. Sara Wandrei Langmead will present the core components of the exam series (keyboard skills, sightplaying, repertoire, and oral questions) and in particular, how they materialize in the Level 2 and 3 Piano Exam Syllabus sections. She will also offer tips for a timeline for exam preparation and how to streamline the purchase of books for cost efficiency (via the amazing PED Committee). Also, she will lead a discussion of how to manage Exam preparation alongside Method Book work.
