2023 NE Duluth Piano Contest Preliminaries

This will be an in-person event unless otherwise announced.

Students will perform one piece from memory and receive comments from a judge.  Students selected as winners will move on to the Piano Contest Finals in March.

To be eligible for Finals, students in Intermediate A-Senior B must have passed MMTA Theory Level 2 prior to the registration deadline, December 1, 2022.

Use the attached repertoire list below to select a piece for the student to perform.  The same piece is to be played for both Preliminaries and Finals (should the student be selected to move forward to Finals.)
